I couldn’t recommend Ruby enough. As a first time home buyer (and buying from half a state away), Ruby guided us through the search, offer, close, and beyond for our home. She is amazing. Ruby is absolutely Amazing. We have moved over 11 times and Ruby is by far the best agent we have ever used to both buy and sell a home. You can’t find a more dedicated genuine wonderful person. You will be pleased if you decide to go with her. We have recommended her to close friends and work acquaintance and all agree she is the best. Ruby Poole worked with my husband and I on the recent purchase of our home. We originally found our home via zillow and placed a request for a realtor to contact us. Not only was she the 'Only' realtor to respond, she was very professional and honest with us up front. She did an excellent job negotiating with sellers and responded right away whenever we called or needed something.We closed on 2/10/17 which was exactly 30 days from the day the seller accepted the offer. If you're looking for someone who's honest, professional, and RESPONSIVE, she's your person! I'd recommend her to any of my friends and family.

I found Gerik through a friend who was currently looking for a house and said great things about him. I reside in Dallas, TX and Gerik has been amazing in helping me make my home purchase as seem-less as possible.Since I live so far away I did not want to have to travel back and forth multiple times and just look at unqualified properties. He was able to do his due diligence in helping with my search via text, email and phone. He was always reachable and extremely detailed with his research and answers to my questions.I actually ended up putting an offer in on a house that he took a video walk through of that I couldn't visit.
